AIIMS portal rules require candidate photos to have a white background with 80% face visibility. Passport photos must be between 50KB and 100KB, while Postcard size photos (4x6 inches) must be between 50KB and 300KB. Thumb impressions and signatures must be between 20KB and 100KB.
